hi all.

can anyone of you please tell me how you would go about fitting bt redcare for a customer. i know u order redcare from bt on a new line or a fax line and you can buy the STU's from supplyers but dose the ARC supply the chip for the STU?

when you order your arc connection you tick the box chip required & state the type of stu you have
