Hi guys, new to the forum. I am not a qualified security installer so excuse my ignorance.

I have invested in a new alarm and sounder.

Scantronics 9651 and Elmdene HS 500/m.

Wiring semmed to go ok but have hit an issue with tamper problem to bell which i can not seem to get rid off. I know there are 2 tampers in the sounder, on

the back plate and the cover, am i missing a tamper or have i to do something back at the panel?

Any assistance will be appreciated.

With a multimeter check at the panel for 12v on tamper return, that will tell you if the bell tampers are settled.
