Anyone ever had any trouble with these? Been doing some camera work on a videoswitch 400 and the keypad just decided to stop working? i was playing with the programming of a dome at the time! Technical seem to think it goosed but is there anyway i could of desabled it in the menus?

It possibly is knackered as i noticed that it kept locking me out when trying to select anything off the keypad, i had to turn the keypad on and off a couple of times to reboot it.
