Here the next question..

i have tried sending the pictures taken by the IRVPI800M with an Domonial panel

to an ip adress of an NAS server and an FTP server. but i cant get it working.

what are the possibilties.

afaik it will only send pictures to its recieveing software.

Never used it but i know some arc's in the UK can get images from those passives

is an monitoring reciever for an serveillance / monitoring company also needed.

or does it send to and server with some software ?

you need the reciever software afaik. I dont think it something that the std recievers support.

but the pictures.. what is the form of that data

aint it an option to download the pictures from the domonial instead of letting the panel sending them..

i cant get an actual normal alarm mesdage from the domonial..

just an secom or contact ID message or SMS.

is this not an option for the domonial to make an own message to a mobile phone or something.

i tried all i know via DOMOPDA..

i think the options on DOMOPC are the same but i dont have the DOMOPC software.

ive never used it so my knowledge is limited, but im fairly sure it cannot send images to anything but a reciever.

I would expect its just a jpeg but it may not be able to just send that anywhere as its doing it over its internal comm unit, not over ip

someone else who does have experience with the domonial panels??

just an normal sms message with own made text in it would me great to.

not that stupid SIA, SECOM and CONTACT ID stuff in those sms messages.
