Hi

My brother went in to my mums property amd set off the alarm, he does not know what buttons he pressed to stop it and now the screen reads 'Eng reset reg 0919 17:39' and we have been trying to get in touch with the engineer for three days and he is not responding and we are unable switch the alarm on. The alarm is an ATS 2000

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated

Is this on contract?

Also is it a police response alarm?
