Well1st off

Your going to need the user code to 'unlock' it, this may need anything up to an hour before it unfreezes to let you type it in.

Make model of panel would help, photo even better but nobody is going to help you with defaulting or changing without the originals code, as you could just be an intruder (we don't know do we ;) ).
