help please have a customer who requires a wire telecommand button and P.A for upstairs,

i have installed a karisma plus and have used a 4 channel reciever, and a 3 channel transmitter all ok.

I have programmed in the 1st channel on the transmitter as a keyswitch

when pressed it sets the alarm but will not turn it off if pressed again what am i doing wrong....

How have you programmed the setting final exit/timed etc?

You need to put a biscuit over the n/c contact of the relevant relay and programme it as keyswitch

hi i did that and it sets the system fine but will not unset the system i have to put in the code any ideas or is that the limit of the key switch

try opening the final exit door and then pressing the remote ie start the entry timer then switch it off with the remote.
