Got site with cctv, & as header want to swap out orange sodium bulbs for white bulbs.

Ordered 5 bulbs off webby (cost £130) & read info on packet. it dont tie in with info from webby! Now spoken to supplier & manufacturer again & still not convinced.

bulbs I've got says metal halide on sleave, despatch note says white son lamps, info from manufacturers tech says might be ok if casing meets UL1598 (270 pages long, but speed read it & no help). info from supplier tea lady says direct replacement.

ignitors asside, anyone with any idea?

seems £8 white son from screwfit way to go not £22+ from webby.

will know when go back & take copy from dvr.
