o2's SMS TAP service went down again on friday the 1st of october. It has not been confirmed (as yet) if this is back up yet.

If anyone is using this awful signalling system it might be time to advise your clients to use a digi or something that works (maybe even the lowly speech dialler lol)

If anyone is using a paid for TAP provider it would be useful to know, as the free ones seem too unreliable for even modest risks.
