I have installed this panel in my house and it works fine apart from when it is in alarm and i silence the panel the external bell continues for about 30 secs then stops.Anybody any ideas?

What is the signal strength of the bell. How long is it in alarm before you silence it?

signal strength is very good,I only discovered this with testing system so it is not in alarm for long.Also found it takes longer to silence depending which zone I activate eg zone 2 silences after about 2-3 sec but zone 3 takes 10-15 sec
