July 29, 201015 yr comment_247252 Hi I have installed 4 bt versatility systems with the customers wanting call deflection this was ordered from BT and the call deflection was set to on and all four work OK. But I have now installed another system that will not work the system was programed in the same way and the order placed for the exchange work which has been done but when an external divert is set a call comes in but then clears. so the deflection has to be turn off to be able to use external divert BT say there exchange work is OK. can anybody help! July 29, 201015 yr comment_247283 i don't know the switch, but if you getting an aborted call with deflection set, the fact it rings then cuts out i just can't personally see how that is a PABX programming issue if no diverts set locally. it has not been answered so no pre set routing could have taken place. so i'd get back on to BT me thinks.
