Can anyone help me.

We are an electrical company in the midlands area and i need a fire engineer to goto a job in central london to change a loop card for a duonet 2 loop panel. As the panel is about 4 years old i think the loop card has been changed now so maybe the mother board needs changing as well. I have all the parts but need someone that is clued up with the software for reprogramming
