Mrs Chorltons agreed to stand in for an ill friend at the last minute for a charity 5K run this Sunday.

Less than 90hrs to try and raise some sponsorship so any help no matter how small would be greatly appreciated.

If your hoping to take a piccy of her in the race, my advice is to get her to wear a blue or green top. Youve got no hope of spotting a woman wearing pink or white on the day!! I've tried. (with my "indoors" that is :'( )
