Hi, I have just moved into a house with an Optima XM6 Alarm Panel which has never worked since I have been here. I am thinking of replacing the panel with the Optima Compact G4 Alarm Panel. Does anyone know if it is ok to use the existing pirs etc. with the new panel? Or even if it possible to just exchange panels like this?Help on Optima Alarm Panels

yes it will be fine, both panels are double pole. The board may fit but the lid wont as they are different now (ie smaller) you cant use the old lid either as the buttons are different
