If this is your first ddi being setup, use index 1. Set the CLIR on the ddi too to present your ddi to the line when calling out so if anyone dials 1471 or their fax has caller display, they can see where the call came from, rather than seeing your actual ISDN primary number. The Vers is set to send the ddi as default I recall.
