Many thanks for info it is a freewave (crow) panel, just need the engineering code now and I will be a happy chappie!

DSC for sure - Candian panel much favoured by British Gas in the day - they used the Escort.

Ademco keypads looked similar for a while, only because of their continental American heritage.....that's what the US likes - the reassurance of a response button as easy to use as a remote, which means they only have to bleed for half an hour, instead of the three days we wait in the UK......
