Hello my friends, resendly one of my installations with the wireless infinite panel come up with this strange to me problem.

It's a 8 month installation, from the start till now everything was good, when an alarm occur it dial my client cell phone.

2 weeks ago it started the strange behavior, it dial the cellphone but it just ring 1sec and hangup and sometimes it not ring at all but the calls come to cellphone (the call is so sort that the cellphone can't start ring).

Update 1.

After some tests the only way I can do infinite to dial my client's cellphone is to make the comm.protocol Contact ID from TWA Follow me.

The only disadvantage is that the client can't verify the alarm and stop the panel to call again.

id advise against t hat as the panel will also log a com fail everytime as it never gets a kiss off from a reciever.
