I was wondering if there is anyone out there that could tell me what would cause a general system trouble? There doesn't seem to be anything wrong in programming. I wish I could elloborate on this more, but I have yet to go out there to figure it out. I have it for a job tomorrow and was just hoping I could get some input on this trouble. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Does The panel have any Module's on it e.g. PC5204,PC5132 or Escort5580 module fitted?

There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.

Yep - that would be PC5204 power supply fault - either an aux output failure or output #1 failure.

Less likely is a printer attached to PC5400 is off line.

It can be caused by jamming on the wireless module, I have also seen it with Escort5580 module if its not programmed right..

Try soft reset, power the panel down then back up, you will need to set time again.
