Remote Access Problem With Galaxy Dimension 520

Featured Replies

Hello I having a problem with the Galaxy Dimension 520.

It wont answer a remote call on the internal communicator Its set up for access anytime and direct mode. I have another Dimension 48 in another site and are having the same problem. The number of rings before answer is at 5.

Ive installed many Galaxy 3-520 and the older 500 and all are setup for remote access. Im also using the latest RSS V6 never had this problem before.

Has anyone else had this problem? I pulling my hair out!!!!

What sort of line is it on. I have had issues with non bt lines.

Also are you sure its not answering, are you relying on RSS which will say it wasnt answered even if it was, if it doesnt get a succesfull comms start

Hi, it

well assuming you have the right connections in use, your on direct answer and anytime access you should be ok.

to be honest id put my test phone on that line in the panel and confirm its ringing ok.

Also is it on its own line? ie there isnt other devices affecting the line. I have had pdq and fax machines affect the line, when they are unplugged the galaxy answers fine.
