Entered code, asked if i want to set, press yes and just goes back to unset home screen. I have tried to part set, use different codes and fobs, but same problem all the time. Is my panel buggered? Alarm Protection Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 Andy, The 816 are very reliable and solid panels. I would power down and power up. Please remember there is 240v in the panel. I reset panel when I got in at 9pm last night, as soon as it finished powering up it went in to full alarm, master blaster as well. Turns out my brothers mrs, popped a panic button and it had latched! I reset with the key and no problemo. I had a fright though. Thanks everyone, once again.
