I have the serial cable and the Gardtec Remote Software and (Anticode Software For the panel which works gr8!) but it says you need to get the gardtec remote software registered with ricso group do you need to pay for this and do you need to have an account with them?

Is anyone able to do this or get a code for me ?

yeah, i have to phone them tomorrow anyway

You need to phone gardtec support and register it with them, doesn't cost anything but you need to be a customer of theirs in order to get the required codes to register it, you need to be basically sitting at the screen which gives you 2 sets of numbers and as these numbers are random and can change even if reinstalling on the same computer so you'd need to get required information again.
