Just got asked about our Health & Safety Advisor on an approved Sub-Contractor form. We do not have one, although or H&S policy is ok.

I went up into the attic...I found a Stradavarius & a Picasso. Unfortunately.....

Stradavarius couldn't paint, and Picasso made a shocking fiddle.

I think he is being asked to confirm the name of the company appointed H&S rep.

It need not be an external consultant.

It can be the MD or yourself if you have sufficent knowledge to create H&S policies, procedures, risk assessments method statements and SSOW's etc.
