i have got a optma xm that i cant seem to get it to arm i get the bleeping noise as if it is setting but the noise just keeps going,the zone lights for zone 3 stays lit ,and zone 1 light only lights up when some one passes the sensor. But alarm does not arm. any suggestions please. rabnud.

Sounds as though whatever is on Zone 3 isn`t closing, this could be a contact gone faulty, or a breakage in the cable.

What is on Zone 3..?
