Our first technical inspection is due in a couple of weeks time and part of the inspection is a revew on our procedures for false alarm management, can anybody tell me what we may need to do to prepare for this ? We are not using a db at the moment just paper based plus outlook for contact and call bookings. We have less than 20 installs at the moment and no false history, hence the question of what to show the inspector regarding false alarm management. All systems are on customer reset so they may have had activations which we never get to find out about. Thanks for the advice.
