October 4, 200817 yr comment_212460 Hi Hope someone might be able to help me identify the make of a DVR which a customer has asked me to connect to the internet for remote viewing. Original installer no longer in business and I can find no Software installation Disks The unit is marketed on a number of on-line sites as DVR760 (4 channel TRIPLEX unit) for example http://www.henrys.co.uk/cctv/dvr.htm#760 Any help in identifying the unit, or where to get a copy of the Remote View software would be really appreciated. October 5, 200817 yr comment_212591 Doktor John has the right link! The AVTech AVC 760, CPCam 560, and the Nubix 4BC is a model 3. This is the only one that cannot be backed up with USB, it has to be backed up by the remote software. Model 3 does not have the USB feature. Models 1,2, 4, and 5 do This uses the ap called Video Server E. There are many versions of Video Server E, and any one of them will work. ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ I also want to give a shout out to Kensplace!!
