Ive always had the impression that customers see alarms as a grudge purchase rather than something they actually want and are wiling to spend considerable amounts of money on. bit of a contradictory statment that one Rob - LOL, been a good salesman has nothing to do with the product your selling, and for a fixed budget your not going to be able to fit a better system unless something else gives tried getting into a specifying from plans and drawings at the architect stage ? I think you'll find firms suppling the leads are not as generous with the commission. As for running your own business, I've done the leafleting in the snow with no wages at the end of the week bit.
