we have just moved into a new flat - and it has a accenta 8 alarm system installed.

Does anyone know how to go about resetting the code ????

( bearing in mind that no-one knows the origianl code ??? )

You can either get an engineer in to completely default the system, then reprogram it and have it serviced at the same time or you could do it yourself if you feel that you are competetant to do so.

default user code is 0123, try that?

ps I wont recommend trying to default it yourself, even if you have the engineers manual, as you really have a job on your hands understanding the programming sheets!

Our guys just learnt it off by heart cos they hate the manual so much!!!
