We have installed 8 Videcon highspeed domes Concept Pro's 870 dome. on 1 job, out of the 8 5 have had to be replaced with problems.

Jumping between presets, jumping between parked position and presets.

This is the main problem

I wondered is this an isolated case or has anyone else suffered.

A friend of mine fit 5 videcon speeddomes and actually had 200% failure rate. Each dome was replaced twice.

All I can say him and me will be looking for alternatives in the future. I am told that the Visage dome is high reliability for a reasonable price. Anybody know who supplies them?

that is'nt good, there rep, Justin reckons they are the dogs curlies.

He told us the same.

Not had problems with presets etc. Mainly image issues for us, that said, nothing major though.
