Hello!

I'm not sure where to request this, but could someone tell me if they could supply (at cost, of course) the serial connector for the Gardtec dialler?

(as taken from latest product guide): 04070 Serial Cable for direct connection of 04069 Speech Dialler to 800 series

can you still hard wire it - serial. using the comms terminals instead?

I'm having trouble sourcing this, panel is installed and "almost" ready to go but the normal supplier (sec ware) don't/won't stock.

Angus, thanks for the reply. I can hard-wire it but apparently the system if connected via a serial connection into one of the ports of the board will allow for some additional control. I will wire it in via the 8core that I've got at the moment with a view to hopefully seeing what all the fuss is about with the serial connection later.

Chorlton, love the avatar. I've sent them an email over a week ago. Their tel number simply states to email them. Any suggestions about an alternative (online?) supplier?
