Hi anyone know where i can get trained to install this system or anyone in the south wales area willing to teach me

Not a huge amount to teach - It is a fairly simple but versatile system.

Obviously as it is BT supplied as new, there are no 'true' training courses.

What do you need to know?

Have had a few requests to install these systems cabling is no problem but dont know how to programme. Do you need any special software? Any info appreciated

IT is far easier with software, but can be done via a featurephone on ext20 (or this programming position can be moved easily).

Quite an easy system to install,download a installation/maintenance manual off the net buy a system off ebay and teach yourself ,i think it would be cheaper than any course if there are any cos im certain its a BT exclusive system,as the last reply told you.
