Bt Revelation

Hi Guys

After installing/setting up my Revelation without a manual (took me at least a week), I thought that I pretty well knew this ccu inside out...however (and there is always at least one), when dialling out from an extension (other than 20...operator), after dialling the access code (9) and the number together and then opening the line, the system will dial and return the busy tone.

If I open the line first and then dial the access code followed by the number, the ccu seems to time out very quickly and once again (unless I am super quick on the buttons), I get the busy tone.

I can deal with this, but my dear beloved is climbing the walls and generally behaving in a rather threatening manner!!!

To save my bacon (or at least my hearing), does anyone know how to either 1/ increase the dial out time or 2/ Remove the access code (9) from one or maybe all extensions with dial out permissions?

Can it be done?
