Bought a property a few months ago, but decided to rent it out instead. Received a call from my agent a few days ago saying that some sort of tamper message was being displayed on the board and I haven't got the manual.

Does anyone know what to do when this happens? Even better, does anyone know where you may be able to obtain a manual, as I've heard that Honeywell Bull have now taken that company over?

Yes honleywell bought intelisense but its still know as a c&k / intetillisense product. You have a tamper fault by the sounds and thats what you will need to investigate.
