Thanks for all the help guys.... System in and working great !! Be nice to have the peace of mind of being able to arm the downstairs when I go to bed.... Just need to remember its on when I come down half asleep for that glass of water :)

I really enjoyed putting the system in, and only made two wiring mistakes.... which I found quite quickly... well quickish...

I think phase two will be limited to running a wire to the garage, for a dual tech PIR... and then I think I am done.

I think its great you boys offer DIY'er help, and appreciate you can only go so far.... But you seem to manage the balance very well.
