May 13, 200818 yr comment_197357 Hi, Sounds like you needs a new battery this should keep the alarm powered-but it may make a few noises to let you know the mains has gone off. Once that has been done you should be able to turn the mains on/off with no probs-you might just have to enter your code to silence/reset the system. Richard. May 15, 200818 yr comment_197665 your battery is knackered mate. you need a 12volt 2.1ah or 2.3ah battery. either one will do. then its just a case of opening the panel up (2 srews on the front) and replace the battery. when you open the box the alarm will go off inside only. just enter you code to stop the noise, you will be left with the power/tamper LED`s on. then change the battery. once you have put it all back together press reset. now you should be able to do your lights. hope this help , steve....
