Thinking of driving down for the UEFA Cup Final in Manchester this Wednesday and maybe parking up somewhere and getting the train for the last leg of the journey.

Thought Bolton might be a good bet as it's close to the M6 and there seems to be a good train service to Manchester Piccadilly ( short walk to the big screens in Piccadilly Gardens ? ) as Manchester will be manic with around 100 000 ticketless fans expeced !!!

What would be the best plan ?
