I have just bought a accenta mini g4 with a lcd keypad.

I have wired the key pad to the control panel, left all the Tamper links in and connected the power.

All i get is the key pad information 'accenta optima' with the information 'f130-01-101' underneath.

No power light or day light showing, and the keypad alarm is constantly sounding.

entering the defualt code and/or the engineer code has no effect and when you press the keys there is not key sound (i assume there should be)

Please help

Double check your wiring.

not wanting to appear, as if iam belittling your efforts, but did you follow the instruction booklet power up procedure to the letter. just sometimes if done differently to manufacturers instructions, all sort of weird things happen........try removing the power and starting again, then go from there..............
