just fitted the above products. Anybody know what this error message means? It appears during the "system check" upon leaving the installer mode.

On the 9651 this means there is a Line fault present.

Thanks, a bit of jiggery pokery sorted it. Had the wiring to my BT line on the wrong terminal.
