I expect that most of us have this manual, unfortunately the site rules (that you read on joining) do not allow passing on to non trade members.

ring the number on the back of the user manual and ask the people who made it?

I needed one of these the other day, new I had one somewhere and searched the van, garage, loft and just about every where else for the best part of 2 hours with no luck. Try uksecurity panels. If your not in the trade what do you need it for?

I want to install the system but do not know the user code or Master code.....
