March 9, 200818 yr Author comment_192765 Assuming the programming password is the same as the default.pick up extension 20 and leave off hook. Speaker phone is best. dial ##1111 This should enter programming. If not, you can also press program key, scroll down until you see 'system programming', select that, then enter 1111. Goto 'system'. Scroll to 'programming position' and select it. scroll to the new ext port and select it. hangup. Make sure you never set the programming port the same as the PA port. You will goose your system.
