Bt Versitility - Adding Extensions

Featured Replies

Hi guys wodering if you can help. I have wired 6 new extensions in (Cat5) and used PBX Master sockets. I have spoken to a BT engineer and he says it should work but it isn't. the PBX have 16 extensions and only 10 are used. There must be some thing that I need to program on the PBX other wise how do I know what each extension is. I have looked at the Manuals but I can't see what I have to do! I have also looked at the phone on Ext 20 and looked and all extensions are active an no been diabled. any help you guys give me would be a bonus, also the 10 lines are working okay so the added module is working okay.

Xious
