Service Timer Texecom Premier 24 Pannel

Featured Replies

I wrote a bit back with the above. I don't seem to be able to get the service interval timer to appear on the key pad. I have set it up on 2 weeks, then 4 weeks. Could it be possibly EN51031 I think not showing it on display and sending it to a monitoring centre instead. I know you could remember 12 months for the service, but it's nice to see it work!!

Please can some one help. The software is 7.8 version, if this helps

cheers

From memory it only appears on the keypad, when unset, displaying "Service Required" when due.

I don't think I've ever seen a countdown or anything similar.

good luck

Sorry I set the service timer to 2 weeks, nothing happened and then to 4 weeks, as many of you have said going into engineers mode resets the timer. I have let the timer go by these weeks, but nothing seems to come up on the display.

When I last accessed the panel, it asked if I wanted to reset the service timer when I logged off.....just checked the account in Wintex, and EN50131 is set to off (as 24Hr Guards on site) so it could be that ....

Sorry, its got me stumped.
