February 27, 200818 yr comment_191890 I wrote a bit back with the above. I don't seem to be able to get the service interval timer to appear on the key pad. I have set it up on 2 weeks, then 4 weeks. Could it be possibly EN51031 I think not showing it on display and sending it to a monitoring centre instead. I know you could remember 12 months for the service, but it's nice to see it work!! Please can some one help. The software is 7.8 version, if this helps Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/22428-service-timer-texecom-premier-24-pannel/ Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 I don't think I've ever seen a countdown or anything similar. good luck Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/22428-service-timer-texecom-premier-24-pannel/#findComment-191891 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 I have let the timer go by these weeks, but nothing seems to come up on the display. February 27, 200818 yr comment_191896 When I last accessed the panel, it asked if I wanted to reset the service timer when I logged off.....just checked the account in Wintex, and EN50131 is set to off (as 24Hr Guards on site) so it could be that .... Sorry, its got me stumped.
