just took over a site that the previous company had left an earth fault on the system and said to client its ok it wont affect the system and even put tape over the led!! found fault in 5 mins just ditched one zone at a time till fault cleared then connected effected zone back in and checked devices on this zone and found cpc in back box touching pos terminal, hey presto fault clear.
