Accenta G3 Alarm Problem!

Featured Replies

 I have moved into a new house and am having probs with alarm system. We have managed to set it up with our own code but when the system is set and you enter from outside the alarm instantly sounds which i am sure the neighbours will soon tire of! I find the manual unhelpful as there isn't a troubleshooting section listing common problems, and the engineers manual is quite beyond me! Can anyone give any clues as to what to try? Thanks ;)

It's not a problem as such, just not set up properly. You need to set the front door (if that's the way in) as the entry/exit zone.

If you can't understand the manual you need a local engineer to do it for you.

Probably a good idea to get one in anyway to check it over and make sure it's set up properly. Get some quotes first.

Maybe the old owners used the side/back door as the entry/exit route to disarm the alarm?

Get an engineer in to have the system set up to what you want and serviced at the same time then you can use the system properly.
