Burglary

PA

Fire

It depends on how the customer wants it doing really, and wether or not the site has been withdrawn from police response or not. A bit sensitive for public discussion perhaps...

redcare ? as in G3 BT Redcare the secure transmission platform or is there something called "MINIBOLD Redcare" too? you might work in a cctv receiving centre but if you had to ask that question you aint handling alarms for a living

Very strange that one eh??...works at A.R.C but doesnt know any procedures,i dont work at a A.R.C but i know how they filter calls????????
