Educate your customers as Jeff was so fond of saying i'm listening acutely, thats why i moved my business footprint into telecoms. you can teach all you like but if the pupils are not attending your talking to yourself i as other am fortunate in having a large an loyal customer base, starting from scratch is far harder now then when i did it. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
