Don't Know How To Switch The Chime Off

Featured Replies

Hi, My parents have an Optima 2 alarm. They must have pressed something one day and now whenever they open the front door or the garage door a chime goes off. I have tried pressing the zone number and chume button then reset but it doesn't seem to work.

I would be very grateful if someone could help.

regards,

Nicki

Chime, then '0' should do it.

This will clear any circuits that have the chime facility turned on, off, if you see what I mean.

Someone told me I was ignorant and apathetic, I don't know what that means, nor do I care.

Thank you soooo much. it has worked perfectly, and sent me to the top of the class in my mum's book for now as the noise was driving her crazy.

thanks again.
