Your system will need to be defaulted and reprogrammed, you should contact a local engineer to get this done.

The engineering/installation manual tells you how to do this and should really be sold with the unit. If you bought a unit without the manual that was unfortunate to say the least as they are not easily available.

Unfortunately, for very good security reasons, the rules of this site (which you should have read and agreed to before posting) mean you will be unable to get one here. It is also against the rules to tell you how to do this "reset" or "defaulting" as it is often known.

You may be able to obtain one, possibly for a fee, from the manufacture ADE - now part of Honeywell I believe.

Or ask the person who sold it to you.

To be honest, without the manual it's just a doorstop.

So what did you get, the codes and how to change them or a proper manual?
