Thanks for the response I got concerning st802 user manual. I have followed the instructions but it seems as if no zone is programmed to be isolated. It triggered on every zone at Night set and home set. I do not even know the zone numbers since I was left with no instruction.

hi Stephen - if i could save you a lot of time and refer you to this thread from yesterday

if it needs part sets programing ?

Do a walk test (Code *94) to Identify the zones

Then if say zone 6 is the landing

You can do a manual isolation (Code *6)

You may have a problem unsetting if a zone on entry is not programmed correctly

Sounds like no parts sets are programmed

unfortunatly this would have to be done by an engineer through the system programming
