Eventually found some information on the WWW although it did not say much.

What puzzles me, as I have not been able to find them in SSAIB, how can they provide certificates?

With respect to the dire warnings being given, based on what?

I do find it strange that I can find no trace of them on SSAIB yet they can provide certificates. How?
