A customer has just phoned me asking about a tone being emitted every time a passive is picking them up. She has Set and Unset the system since so would assume its in Chime mode. I have not dealt with these panels for over 5 years, and guess what the customer has said I never left a user booklet. (never heard that one before, Panic keys another Fave...)

Seriously if anyone can tell me how to cancel chime i would be grateful.

Panel has up arrows and running man symbols.
